Well, I'm still about the same weight I was a month ago - 168. . . probably because I do WW for only like, 3 days out of the week. However, I have REALLY cut back on my boozing. Compared to how I use to drink, I've done a 180 degree turn. And I have been drinking MUCH more water at work.Exercise-wise, Craig and I still walk together at least once a week, but that's all I've been doing. Here's to a better week food-wise!!
Since I started F2F back up again last week, there wasn't a change in my weight. Probably cause I did very well during the week, but all that went to hell when I went to my cousin's in Grand Rapids on Saturday and Sunday & ate the worst food ever.Current Weight: 168.5Target Weight by Halloween: 160

Babykins will be at the studio recording.I prepared most of the food last night, cause I made 3 new things. I just have to throw it all together for tonight.
